It’s easy! The first time they complete an eligible healthy behavior, a Living Well Reward™ card is mailed to their home address. The card is usually mailed within 90 days and will come with their first bonus reward already loaded on it. They will need to keep the card after each purchase because every time they complete a healthy behavior, a bonus reward is added to the same card!
