How long does it take to receive a reward once it's redeemed?

Digital rewards are typically delivered instantly via SMS or by email. Physical merchandise may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your location and the item’s availability

Are there any fees associated with redeeming a reward?

No, there are no fees for redeeming rewards. You receive the full value of the reward you select.

Can rewards be exchanged or returned?

Rewards typically cannot be exchanged or returned once redeemed and are subject to the 3rd pary reward product supplier. If you encounter a problem with a product, please contact our support team by phone or email for clarification on the return terms and process.

What should I do if I haven't received my reward?

If you haven’t received your digital reward within 24 hours or your physical reward within the expected delivery time, please contact our support team. We will resolve the issue promptly.
